Job Requirement

  1. Mandarin speaking is preferred
  2. Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from a four- year college or university
  3. 2-5 years of sales experience is required
  4. Excellent working knowledge of MS word and power point
  5. Dynamic, motivated, driven, professional and detailed-oriented
  6. Ability to learn and retain product specific information as it pertains to the position.
  7. Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
  8. Ability to communicate clearly and positively to customers as well as internal team members

Job Description

  1. Work closely with the sales team and the customer to provide an efficient and comprehensive service; establish and maintain solid relationships.
  2. Managing sales order/shipment processing, qualifying sales leads and prepare quotations to customers.
  3. Developing and increasing the growth of business with new and existing customers.
  4. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing activities.
  5. Travel in support of sales or training meetings, customer site visits, and/or trade shows.
  6. Handling sales and service phone calls supporting current customers to solicit orders in an assigned territory
  7. Answering customers' questions about products, prices and availability
  8. Selecting the correct products or assisting customers in making product selections based on their needs, product specifications and all other applicable regulations.

【MEAN WELL USA】Regional Sales Manager -South

Job Requirement

We are currently seeking an experienced power supply Regional Sales Manager to join our company in the greater Texas area.  This position is remote-based and can either work from home office, or a co-working office space

1. Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in engineering or related fields.
2. 5+ years of B2B OEM electronics sales experience.
3. Prior Power Supply industry or Electronics industry experience required.
4. Track record of finding/developing OEM accounts and meeting/exceeding assigned sales targets.
5. Good understanding of the local OEM electronics market and fostering relationships with local OEM’s within the territory.
 
Skills and Responsibilities:
1. General computer knowledge/skills including MS Office applications
2. Develop and implement strategies for penetrating and growing key accounts
3. Manage prospect/customer interactions and effectively communicate a status update via weekly/monthly reports
4. Clear communication skills in both verbal and written required 
5. Ability to cold call and generate leads independently
6. Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
7. Must be detail-oriented and a team-player
8. Should possess effective presentation and communication skills
9. Travel within the territory up to 20%

Job Description

1. Work closely with procurement and engineering contacts on product selection and qualification
2. Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, prospecting and e-mail communication
3. Attend customer visits within the USA and occasional company trade shows or industry events
4. Responsible for generating new revenue from a predefined sales territory and portfolio
5. Manage customer purchase orders, forecasts, and other customer service related issues
6. Meet assigned sales quotas
7. Perform additional duties as required/assigned by manager
