【MEAN WELL USA】Regional Sales Manager -Midwest
Job Requirement
- Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from a four- year college or university
- A minimum of 2 years experience in enterprise level B2B sales and account management in the area of power supply products technology
- Minimum 3 years of direct , full-cycle sales experience selling power supply products to enterprise preferred.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Word , Excel and Power Point
- Dynamic, motivated, driven, professional and detailed-oriented
- Ability to learn and retain product specific information as it pertains to the position.
- Strong presentation, communication, problem solving, multitasking, and time management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and positively to customers as well as internal team members
Job Description
- Represent and sell the MEAN WELL portfolio of products to large enterprise customers
- Aggressively generate and pursue sales leads to develop new sources of revenue from corporate customers to meet or exceed annual quota
- Manage all stages of the sales cycle including developing leads through cold-calling, qualifying prospects, customized proposal development, contract negotiation, and project implementation
- Maintain target activity levels required to support the regional sales manager role in your territory, including customer visits , lead follow up via phone call /emails , develop and increase the growth of business.
- Selecting the correct products or assisting customers in making product selections based on their needs, product specifications and all other applicable regulations.
- Provide periodic reports including forecast information, account status, project status, and sales opportunities
- Travel extensively into territory to develop and maintain relationships with key customer contacts, present, articulate/clarify value and differentiation, and win the business in expected timeframe
- Proven track record of successfully carrying quota as an individual contributor.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual quotas and key metrics.

【MEAN WELL USA】 IT Specialist
Job Requirement
- At least 3 years of related experience (preferred but not required)
- Experience working with following environments: Mac OS, Windows 10 & Windows Server 2008+ operating systems, Active Directory, Exchange / Office 365, Network Storage, Azure, AWS
- Experience setting up and troubleshooting various technical equipment such as laptops, video conferencing systems, mobiles, etc
- Experience working with networking hardware from Fortinet and Ubiquiti
- Skills: Deep knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools. Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
- Language ability: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, fluent Mandarin will be a benefit
- Employment Authorization: US Citizen or Green card holder
Job Description
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues through diagnostic techniques.
- Conduct follow-up communication with users
- Identify recurring problems and recommend improvements.
- Carefully document all problems and resolutions.
- Maintain documentation of security guidelines, procedures, standards, and controls
- Collaborate with other members from the oversea team to maintain and develop ERP system
- Coordinate special projects with senior leadership and IT support vendors
- Train new and existing employees on company IT processes, policies, procedures, and technology
