Job Description
- Work closely with the sales team and the customer to provide an efficient and comprehensive service; establish and maintain solid relationships.
- Managing sales order/shipment processing, qualifying sales leads and prepare quotations to customers.
- Developing and increasing the growth of business with new and existing customers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing activities.
- Travel in support of sales or training meetings, customer site visits, and/or trade shows.
- Handling sales and service phone calls supporting current customers to solicit orders in an assigned territory
- Answering customers' questions about products, prices and availability
- Selecting the correct products or assisting customers in making product selections based on their needs, product specifications and all other applicable regulations.

Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and one year experience in circuit and PCB design, including lithium ion battery management system, power converters, inverters design and implementation; experience in BT low energy IC and communication protocols, embedded system and applications, C programming, and using logic analyzer for debugging.
Job Description
1. Design and development of switch-mode power supplies, power magnetic, and EMI Filter products.
2. Provide customers technical and engineering services, and coordinate activities and services with engineering and production functions.
3. Understand and apply various power supply schematic analysis and design, and the principle of analog circuit of switching mode power supply in order to assist customers with their design concepts and implement their power supply products designs using Mean Well’s design process.
4. Work closely with Mean Well engineering and factory production and manufacturing personnel to develop quotations custom-tailored to meet customer requirements.
5. Conduct investigation of customer complaints regarding quality, tolerances, specification of products.
6. Conduct tests on electronic systems and components, applying principles of electronics theory, testing methodology, and procedures.
7. Provide engineering and technical support to the customers regarding all quality assurance issues.
8. Resolve various engineering issues and provide onsite troubleshooting.

Job Requirement
We are currently seeking an experienced power supply Regional Sales Manager to join our company in the greater Texas area. This position is remote-based and can either work from home office, or a co-working office space
1. Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in engineering or related fields.
2. 5+ years of B2B OEM electronics sales experience.
3. Prior Power Supply industry or Electronics industry experience required.
4. Track record of finding/developing OEM accounts and meeting/exceeding assigned sales targets.
5. Good understanding of the local OEM electronics market and fostering relationships with local OEM’s within the territory.
Skills and Responsibilities:
1. General computer knowledge/skills including MS Office applications
2. Develop and implement strategies for penetrating and growing key accounts
3. Manage prospect/customer interactions and effectively communicate a status update via weekly/monthly reports
4. Clear communication skills in both verbal and written required
5. Ability to cold call and generate leads independently
6. Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
7. Must be detail-oriented and a team-player
