MEAN WELL recently welcomed a visiting group of students and professors from Chubu University from Japan, to the MEAN WELL U.S. sales office in Fremont, California.

During the visit, the students toured the Fremont facility and gained first hand insight into MEAN WELL's global operations, including the international sales and marketing approach and real world applications of MEAN WELL power solutions across industries such as industrial automation, medical, and energy storage. The afternoon session also introduced MEAN WELL's global business structure and collaborative working environment, offering students a deeper understanding of how cross-functional teamwork supports long term growth and innovation.

In addition to exploring technical and business applications, the visiting group engaged in open discussions with MEAN WELL team members on career development, working in an international business environment, and the importance of global collaboration in today's technology landscape.

This visit was supported through MEAN WELL's Educational Institution Sponsorship program, reflecting an ongoing commitment to educational outreach and industry engagement.
