Matter is a new standard for smart home wireless communication. All systems and devices that support the Matter standard can interconnect seamlessly. To meet the growing needs of smart home applications, MEAN WELL recently launched the Matter Wireless Dimming Power Supply - XLC-25/40/60MA Series. This series features a flicker-free design, with minimum dimming levels of 0.5% (for constant current models) and 0.1% (for constant voltage models). It complies with the Matter 1.3 certification and can connect to various Matter-compatible smart home systems, enabling wireless control.

As shown in Figure 1, using an app on iOS or Android, along with Apple HomePod or other smart hubs, you can quickly add the XLC-MA lighting to your smart home system following the app's setup steps. This enables wireless dimming, scene setting, voice control, and even interconnection with other Matter-supported devices like curtains, sockets, and door locks, fulfilling users’ needs for a more efficient and comfortable smart life.
