72+ (base plus competitive commission) |
Responsibilities:
1. Generate annual sales plan.
2. Develop a plan to penetrate into the major direct accounts
in your territory.
3. Create, manage and maintain direct accounts.
4. Generating marketing promotion plan in your territory.
5. Provide monthly account activity report for analysis and
forecasting.
6. Conduct sales training and product presentations as needed.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years sales experience in AC/DC and DC/AC power supply
industry.
2. Minimum 2 year degree is required.
3. Engineering background is a plus.
4. Good Power Supply knowledge is a must.
5. Strong organizational and communication skills.
6. Excellent presentation skills and negotiation strategy
