Responsibilities:
1. Establishing and managing outside sales team.
2. Create & prospect OEM accounts.
3. Developing annual sales business plan and meet sales target.
4. Creating and implementing sales and marketing strategy.
5. Prospect and develop tier 1 accounts.
6. Conduct sales training and product presentations as needed.
7. Managing Rep Network.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years sales experience in AC/DC and DC/AC power supply
industry.
2. 5 years experience in management role.
3. EE background is preferred.
4. Good Power Supply knowledge is a must.
5. Strong organizational and communication skills.
6. Excellent presentation skills and negotiation strategy
